Dr, Hlivko is a great doctor, but many of his office staff at the Alliance location are either rude or incompetent. They will not let you ask any questions or complete a full sentence before they interrupt you. It doesn't matter if it's about a procedure, prescription or appointment, all interactions seem to end on this negative note. It doesn't matter how gifted the doctor is, if his staff is lacking, you rarely get served well as a patient.
I recently had a procedure done at Dr Hlivko"s office and was very pleased with my experience he was very thorough and explained everything The staff is wonderful they were kind and reassuring I would highly recommend Dr Hlivko and his staff
Dr. Hlivko was very patient and did not rush through the examination. He listened and provided answers to all of my questions. I am thankful that I found him to treat my illness.
Dr. Hlivko is a very nice doctor. He takes his time and really discuss everything with you. He is a VERY knowledgeable doctor and he explains everything in great detail. Gives you a through examination and listens to everything you have to say and any concerns you may have. I am so glad I selected him as my GI. I could not have asked for a better doctor.
