I had the yearly check up few days back. The actual visit went well. The Dr was very patient and attendendive. Answered all my questions. To contact the office, you have to jump too many hoops and it is very inconvenient. You cannot reach anybody, so you leave a message, but calling back is not a priority. This is not very professional for a medical office. Thanks
While the Dr. was understanding and kind, I could not get answers to questions or answers to request. I believe this was his staff issues but I will go to the ER for any help I need.
Seen and examined by Dr. Herschman in a timely manner. Exam was thorough and he addressed my concerns, providing initial treatment. Referred for testing to determine if any further medical intervention is necessary.
Dr. Hershman is very knowledgeable and professional in recommending and solving my health needs. Thank you.
