I am Sharing my personal experience with ProMedica and Dr. Herschman for an 8mm kidney stone stuck in my ureter. When I first arrived at the emergency room, a CT scan identified the stone, but I was told they did not have an on-call urologist and that my only option was a transfer to Toledo. His staff is also very helpful pleasant and courteous in assisting you from appointments to billing issues.
