My husband and I are international travelers so I scheduled a visit with Dr Hand to discuss various vaccines that would keep us safe. Dr Hand was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! After reviewing all of my options, he gave me a handout that explained the risks and recommendations for every country that my husband and I would be visiting in the next 6 months. Awesome doctor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and makes you feel like you are talking to one of your friends. Very down to earth and a great doctor.
Dr. Hand is not only brilliant in his field, he is also personable and very easy to relate to. Dr. Hand takes time to listen and thinks outside the box when dealing with complicated health issues.
Unprofessional and uncaring. Treated like a number instead of a person and asking questions is a clear inconvenience to him.
