I felt very poorly treated by the staff member at reception. He was incredibly unkind and cold. The last straw was when I was directed to move furniture myself because they needed me to wait in a different area and I ended up being injured as a result of their negligence. This is a physical therapy office! All this before I even spoke to the doctor. At one point there was three other staff members and not one of them asked me what happened or asked me if I was ok.
