I was called from dr eckstein office in Howard beach that I was due for a visit , my appointment was for the 8th 11:45 am I called the langone line to advise that I was coming from job in which I left half a day to keep appointment a bit late !As I was walking off the elevator a staff member called and he oiled not see me because he had no room for me as I walked through door no one was there!!!!! Absolutely empty!!! Very unprofessional on his part I lost half a days pay because mayb he had plans to see solar eclipse I arriv... read more
The best Doc , his advice has improved my health tremendously. I’m great full to have him as my healthcare provider. I also appreciate the fact that his office is really well managed, the staff is very friendly and you don’t have to wait for a long time to see your Doc . Everything gets done on time and you don’t lose an entire day for an appointment waiting to be seen .
