Easy to schedule my appointment, easy to access the facilities. Provided a high standard of care. No issues with the use of Medicare.
Dr. Buzzell is a skilled surgeon and a straight shooter. He offers conservative options whenever possible before resorting to surgery. If the time comes when surgery appears to be the best option, he educates you on different procedures and what recovery will likely entail. He has operated on each of my shoulders, and there have been no complications or other surprises. The first one was done 3 years ago works perfectly now. The second was done a week ago and so far, things are going as anticipated.
They are great. Receptionists are the best. Classy!!
