Terrible experience, terrible bedside manners, mismanaged care and shady billing practices. The Dr is so LOUD you hear every word from the waiting room. You cannot get a word in and it didn’t feel like a conversation- it felt like I was being bullied and spoken at. The day before my endoscopy, he called me while I was on a work conference call.
