I will not be returning following my appointment today. I found the behavior of the "student doctor" to be extremely unprofessional and judgmental. I felt dismissed and mistreated for seeking medication to manage my pain, and it was upsetting to be treated with such suspicion. I would encourage your staff to thoroughly review a patient’s medical records before making assumptions about their intentions. I really like Dr Haffner.
Dr Haffner refused service to my grandmother without reason as to why after waiting a month for the results. Could’ve called her and canceled it but didn’t even bother. He’s had her results for weeks but he claimed he only looked at the results 5 minutes before the appointment. He was very rude and didn’t help at all. Came off as unwilling to help an elderly patient, uncooperative, and unprofessional. This office seems to like wasting time. She does say the front office was pleasant.
