Great speaking with at first but got my dqb and downplayed everything
I recently went to a C&P exam with Dr Cohen for the VA. I have my DBQ that he wrote himself, my wife sat and heard the whole thing, she heard me tell him three times that I have suicidal thoughts regularly, but had no plan to act it out. I told him my medications that I am on. My thoughts of others and how I want to hurt some of them.He did not put any of the things I said, none of the boxes were checked , he wrote “ veteran just has depression” .
