First visit with DR. Brouse and received excellent care. I will continue with him for my ENT care.
Excellent care for my temporary hearing loss in my right ear. Very professional and explained process throughout treatment session
His introduction when he entered the room was phenomenal. He asked how I would like to be addressed and extended his hand to shake mine. He listened, asked questions, made notes and examined the areas of concern. I felt valued as he made an informed decision to have further test ordered to either confirm or rule out further issues that could be causing my ear pain. He also provided readily printed hand outs to refer to. When I left I felt he was going to help me get to the bottom of this. Thank you Jonathan
