One year ago on April 1, I had a double hip replacement by Dr. Courtney. I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights, and returned to my condo able to walk with a walker. Within a day, i ditched the walker except when i got up at night, and was able to walk the hallways with a cane in my hand without leaning on the cane at all. Very thorough, listens, caring, excellent surgeon and really nice guy! (I had double hip replacement surgery - one on a Monday and the other on Wednesday). Dr Courtney came highly recommended to us and in turn we have referred others to him.

He has treated both my husband and myself. Has a wonderful bedside manner, terrific credentials and my husband who had a double knee replacement at the same time recovered beautifully.

Firstly, his manner of speaking. He clearly explained x-rays & how to correct severe condition of both knees. He suggested operating on them together & we went ahead with it. I'm now 7 weeks recuperating & doing very well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Courtney.
Just had my one year check up after my second hip replacement with Dr. Courtney. I should be the president of his fan club because he changed my life forever by performing two amazing hip replacements. He and his staff are professional, caring, and comprehensive in their treatment of their many patients, I have never felt rushed during any of my visits and have always been treated with the utmost respect.
Everything about Dr. Courtney‘s office is professional. His staff is magnificent they go out of their way to help you. I was in a good deal of pain and had an appointment the following week but they worked hard to get me in sooner. Staff is trained very well and they do their job well I would recommend them. Dr. Courtney explained everything to you in detail so you know exactly what’s happening. I would highly recommend Dr. Courtney to anyone who might need his services.
