Rude office staff. He’s an amazing doctor. But maybe he should provide customer service training for his staff. Was on the phone with one of his staff and she didn’t like that I told her I had been trying to reach someone for 3 hours and she hung up on me. Then when I tried to call again, they sent me to voicemail. But called right after from my moms phone & they answered.
Horrible service!!!!! My son had an appointment that I made 3 months ahead and I get a call that the doctor had a family emergency out of town and had to cancel , didn’t have a next appointment till April What a joke Clearly doesn’t care about his patients
Dr. Jonathan Chiao performed a quick surgery on my son's ears to place ear tubes, addressing his recurring ear infections. Throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to post-operative care and follow-up appointments (until the ear tubes naturally fall out). Dr. Chiao and his staff are very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Thanks to his expertise, my son's recovery was seamless, and he has not had any ear infections since!! The best bed side manner. Interactive with child and speaks with them about procedure and how they are feeling. Appointment doesn't feel rushed yet to the point. Highly recommend.
Attentive, kind, makes sure to ask if we have questions and is patient with his patients and their (in this case) momma. Does not condescend when you ask “silly” or repetitive questions. Awesome doctor.
