Not impressed. He doesn’t listen. At my first appointment he didn’t pay attention to the context or information of my specific situation. He did not tell me anything about his exam findings and when he did say something he just responded clinically without factoring in a single thing I told him. He sent me to get a CT scan. I called the office to let them know I was not comfortable with getting contrast because of multiple health reasons. His solution was to offer an MRI with contrast lol. I have been wearing a BaHa 6 for about 10 years. Once in awhile I get Swelling around the Titanium stud on my right side of my head. So I went to Dr Mills and he really didn’t do much for me. Maybe he is just really busy. Or he was listening to me. Anyway, I’m looking for a doctor that at least listen and look at what the problem.
Dr. Mills performed both my ear surgeriers and was fantas. He's easy to talk to, addresses any concerns, answers any questions you have, he's upfront, honest, professional and just an all around dr/surgeon. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Mills is amazing as well as his staff. Had two in office procedures, so happy with the results. Wish I would have done this years ago. Highly recommend Dr. Mills.
