Well Jonathan it could have gone better, you seemed not at all interested in my hand issue but wanted to mention my blood pressure 4 or 5 times even though Duly has been treating my blood pressure for more than 10 years, I was then sent to the front desk who booked me with a surgeon who does not work on problems such as mine and cancelled my appointment.
