So I wait months to have an on phone for a doctor's visit with Jonathan Armstrong!!! All I needed to talk about was my need of a letter stating my need for an emotional support dog! It's been a couple months and I still have not received that letter and I've called and asked about it a second time and I don't get a letter what a joke I will be changing providers today
