ONE STAR!! My daughter’s primary care doctor left the 2601 Cherry Ave location in 2022 and Dr Amkraut was given his patient’s. My daughter’s care went from good to not the best as soon as she started to see Dr Amkraut But today she was 10 mins late because I had an appointment in Seattle and rushed to get her to see him and he dropped her and said find a new provider. I have been seeing Dr. Amkraut for a few years now. He takes any issues I have seriously and comes up with a plan to tackle said issues. He is professional and knowledgeable. His team is also great and responsive, if I have anything come up they respond quickly and get me the help I need.
I wish I could give a higher score. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other providers. I’ve only had one visit with Dr. Amkraut and I can already tell you he is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He made sure to discuss and educate me on everything and really took the time to get to know me. The nurses and front desk ladies were absolutely amazing and kind too.
I had a disappointing encounter with Dr. Amkraut and his office. It was evident that Dr. Amkraut lacked experience and had an unfriendly disposition. To add to my frustration, his billing office overcharged me for my visits. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.
