I’ve been seeing Dr. Office for six years now, he is a great doctor as well as his staff. They are awesome girls they are always smiling, when I go in, and helpful when I call in with problems . He has questions he listens and he kept me out of the emergency room many times, I am still breathing for the past six years because of him. I am grateful for all of that.

Just went to Dr. Altus for the first time and had a very positive experience. Everyone from my first contact with reception on the phone to being there in person have been nothing but kind and respectful. Dr. Altus took the time to actually talk to me without making me feel rushed to see the next patient and no one made me feel as if I was an inconvenience in their day....I was actually treated like a person and not a chart number. Had my first appointment with Dr. Altus yesterday and I can't say enough good things about him and his great staff.Treena was a delight as was Kia who went out of her way to help me .Dr.Altus was very nice and professional, felt very comfortable.He made sure I had no more questions or concerns before I left.Highly recommended. Thank you.

I normally dont write reviews but the lack of compassion is not acceptable. After being on hold for over 6 min I spoke w/receptionist and told her that we've been waiting on results from 2 Weeks ago and the rude rep said " well he was out last week" as if I knew his off days and considering this is the 3rd call. I was placed on hold for another 4 min. She than came back and said the folder is on his desk and he'll get to it soon. I asked if she can please let the Dr know we're calling please she said ok and hung up!!! No com... read more
