Customer service was terrible. I think my grandmother developed a incisional hernia after her inpatient surgery a week ago and her post op is scheduled 3 weeks out. I called to inquire about sending images and they don’t even offer for you to send images through email to a nurse. Receptionist specified I would have to fax or bring images in. I then asked if Dr. Altomar would have any sooner appointments since she is hurting. This is terrible service. I work for a general surgeon and we show way more compassion than I receive... read more
Customer service is terrible!! Was scheduled for a follow up appointment after being released from the hospital and found out doctor was on vacation the day of my appointment when I walked in the office. I was never able to reschedule and received a call almost a month later letting me I was schedule for surgery. I decided to see a different doctor.
