What a joke this practice is. My Uncle's gall bladder surgery was scheduled for August but kept getting postponed until April. Then kept getting pushed back for 3 concescutive days. Finally get that done and at the follow up appointment, they couldn't remove the drain tube (the purpose of the appointment) as the Doctor was unavailable. So here we are again, sitting in the Doctors office waiting for over an hour and waiting and waiting.

Customer service was terrible. I think my grandmother developed a incisional hernia after her inpatient surgery a week ago and her post op is scheduled 3 weeks out. I called to inquire about sending images and they don’t even offer for you to send images through email to a nurse. Receptionist specified I would have to fax or bring images in. I then asked if Dr. Altomar would have any sooner appointments since she is hurting. This is terrible service. Customer service is terrible!! Was scheduled for a follow up appointment after being released from the hospital and found out doctor was on vacation the day of my appointment when I walked in the office. I was never able to reschedule and received a call almost a month later letting me I was schedule for surgery. I decided to see a different doctor.
