My son saw this provider in the pediatric ED over 2 years ago and I still think about how wonderful our experience was. My 1 year old son had an ear infection and spiked a fever after several days on an antibiotic. He wasn’t acting himself and I took him back to the UC doctor who’d seen him initially. He was very rude and asked “so why are you even here? It’s the ear infection” . His primary doc encouraged us to take him to cox pediatric ED. We have seen Dr. Mikail on two separate occasions. Both times have been wonderful experiences. He’s very knowledgeable and has fantastic bed side manner. I wish he could be our pcp.
Absolutely amazing with my daughter. Wish he could be her pediatrician!
We have seen Dr. Mikail twice at the pediatric urgent care, both times it has been a great experience. If he could be my daughters primary pediatrician I would switch in a heart beat. He is very good with my daughter and calms her nerves and he takes time to explain to me what is going on.
