I visited the store to exchange a gift I received from a friend. Pierce was the person that assisted me. Few mins later, Dwight came out and questioned my relationship with the gift purchaser, which I thought was extremely rude. I asked him why does it matter? He said because they didn’t put it back as a store credit for the exchange, instead they refunded back to the original purchaser and the original purchaser would be notified. Poorly Functioning Mechanicals and Much Worse Customer Service I am dumbfounded by how a brand as renowned as Jonathan Adler can operate with such disregard for product quality and customer satisfaction. Approximately nine months ago, I purchased a desk from Jonathan Adler. Upon delivery, I discovered that the front drawer did not close properly.
