I visited the store to exchange a gift I received from a friend. Pierce was the person that assisted me. Few mins later, Dwight came out and questioned my relationship with the gift purchaser, which I thought was extremely rude. I asked him why does it matter? He said because they didn’t put it back as a store credit for the exchange, instead they refunded back to the original purchaser and the original purchaser would be notified.
