Jon sold our last rental this past December. The house was on the market three months. From the very beginning of the process, Jon worked tirelessly to move the house. Jon was above and beyond when it came to selling my house. It was my first time selling and I was more overwhelmed but he made the process so easy no matter how many hiccups buyers or the house decided to throw at as. He was on top of it. He has the resources and contacts to get answers to problems as far as estimates for repairs with 24-48 hour turn around time. The whole process was going through it with a realtor who treats you as family and not another number.
