I had to jump through hoops to see this Dr. due to the fact he was not in my network. I had one knee replaced in Boston three years ago and had very good luck. It’s much harder to get to Boston now. I was recommended to him snd finally got an appt. Complete waste of time and money. Now I can’t speak on his skills because we didn’t get that far. Went in to follow up on a knee injury I had had a month earlier. After examination and describing my symptoms, he insisted that I had a “baker’s cyst” and “probably a torn meniscus” As my symptoms were a “classic presentation“. Then he said “so I’m going to give you an injection” and I said “I would like some diagnostic imaging first, Ultrasound, CT, MRI? Would really like to know the extent and specifics of my injury and any damage before I get an injection. If I need an injection after the MRI then understandable.” He proc... read more
