Jonathan reviewed my house in 2003 and then after a big drought/shifting soil in 2015, he came back after we added some piers. He did an excellent job explaining the process. I’m buying a new house and getting him scheduled now...so I’ll update the review again shortly.

Mr. Cooper inspected a residence for us when we were planning to move back in 2010. He was very professional and gave us a detailed report with his observations and findings, as well as recommendations. We are planning to use his services again if we look for another home.

I contacted Jonathan A Cooper and Associates on 2/7/2014, and he returned my call. I asked him for a foundation inspection of my home, and was unprofessional and used profanity on the phone to conduct his business for a potential new customer. He informed me that he was full for the next week, and I asked about the week after that. He said that he was planning a vacation and he was not sure if he could come the following week either.
