My experience was not very good. The receptionist was rude. I think she should take a course in customer service or patient relations or change her profession. By far the rudest Ive encountered. Not only once but every time I talked to her. Will not go there if its the last place. First impressions definitely could be the last!??
I am impressed with Dr. Albert, I like his approach, his office and his staff. I particularly like that he sticks to a schedule and you never have to wait and then he spends enough time with you, he is very thorough and asks a lot of questions. Also he does not believe in a lot of medication, which is also my approach to health care. Glad to have found him after going from doctor to doctor over the past few years.
Dr Albert is a good Dr. Most internists are Dr.'s who try to fix the easy things, and when it is beyond them, they are referrel agents. Nothing wrong with that, however when you feel poorly you want quick results. He's good for the simple things, but if it gets serious not so much. He keeps up on medicine and its improvements. Thats a good thing. He is very likeable as well. Nice office too. They accept all people, thats great. He doesn't rely on drugs, which is a good thing.
From the beginning of seeing Samantha at the front to Jamie in the back and Dr Albert, everytime my Husband and I go to Dr Albert’s office it is such a pleasant experience. Dr Albert is extremely knowledgeable of Internal Medicine. Samantha and Jamie are such sweethearts and go above and beyond to make the office as comfortable for you. I never thought I would enjoy going to a Dr.s office. They all have such great big smiles, so caring, so kind and so efficient. Amy and Rick

Just had my first visit with Dr. Albert for a routine check-up. Came away impressed with his thoroughness to explain things and overall bedside manner. He's a modern doctor that really seems to know his stuff, he's laid back and gives you a sense of ease.
It was such a pleasure to go to a doctor who listens and is accurate in his diagnosis.Most importantly, Dr. Albert is THOROUGH.
