Mr. Jonasson's rates were nearly double his competition. He charged more to fix a leaking toilet than the actual installation. He is also one of the most abrasive, combative, unresponsivess, obnoxious businesspeople I have ever encountered. I made the big mistake of reading his Google reviews which clearly were plants instead of those on other review sites. My advice? Search carefully, scroll down to the legitimate critical reviews and find one of genuinely well reviewed, civil, competitively priced alternatives.

Carl Jonasson, his sonTravis and long term employee Walter have provided is incredible heating, a/c, and plumbing services for many many years. Everything holds up and if there is a problem, they make it right. Walter just fixed our inconsistent water temperatures in our new home and did so with care and talent. All 3 men are polite, professional, talented, and dedicated. Replies for service are always prompt! We are so grateful!!!
