Dr. Vanags is great! He listens well and is very thorough in his examination and explanations.
Dr. Vanags is a highly trained neurologist from Duke University, an elite medical school. He has taken the time to thoroughly review my complex history and imaging, and then give me an in depth assessment of my diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. I highly recommend him. He is in high demand, so it takes time to see him, as do most high demand specialists. For those displeased with the staff out front, be aware they do not work for him. They are employees of SJCH System. However, I have always found them a delight.
