We set up a meeting at our home and he arrived on time and more prepared than we had expected since we weren't quite ready to pull the proverbial trigger. There are several things to rave about Jonas but I will start with patience. As most people know where they are moving to, or at least a general area, we just knew we were moving out on Manhattan with no particular place in mind. The only factor was the commute to Manhattan for work, then it was commute and ranch house (no stairs), then it was commute, ranch house and a pool. LOL This means we had Jonas all over the map.
