Dr nelson was very informative. He took his time to explain the procedure to me and I didn’t feel rushed one bit when he asked me if I had any questions I didn’t feel like he was trying to runoff to the next room and his assistant was also very sweet very kind took her time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. She was very kind, warm and compassionate
I had several surgeries with Dr. Nelson. His staff is amazing, the facilities are beautiful, and he has a wonderful bedside manner. However, the cosmetic results were lacking and I ended up going elsewhere for a revision. First surgery was a DIEP flap reconstruction on the right breast after mastectomy. Not the nicest stomach scar 2 years out, but a decent job. Second surgery was a left breast lift with areola reduction and right nipple reconstruction. Overall, just a bad experience that literally could not be worse. Patients should to be treated with respect and dignity.
