Dr. Yenari did my hysterectomy surgery and he was awesome! He answered most of my questions about the surgery before I even asked them. His staff is also very friendly and responsive through the patient portal.
The office staff is horrible! No patience, they act like they are in charge of Dr. Yenari’s decisions. I have been seeing Dr. Yenari for years! Always had problems with the “older” woman at the desk, the way she spoke down to me and others. I watched her speak down to patients while, I was sitting waiting for the doctor. I ignored it and stayed in my own lane. However, just today needed to get a medication re-filled and she told me it wasn't the correct dosage. She could not help me. I came in to get information about bioidentical hormone replacement. Instead, I got a male chauvinist who was judgmental and refuse to give me bioidentical hormones hormones and rushed me into a pap smear that I did not want as I am in my '70s. 😡
Dr Yenari’s personality is not my concern. He knows what he is doing and that is what makes him great. I’ve always found staff pleasant
