Initially, I left a 5 star review but after waiting 2 hours to be seen, I became frustrated that my time was perceived as not as valuable as the physicians. Then, I spent a week trying to speak with an RN re: postoperative complications & never received a call back. After seeing 3 other physicians to obtain postoperative care, I was told the Neurosurgeon had to address the issues. After 10 months of excruciating pain with my back. I got an appointment with Dr. Taveau within a few weeks. He had me scheduled for surgery. The surgery went amazing. He is a great neurosurgeon and I am pain-free. I would recommend him to anyone that’s having difficulty with their back, he and his staff are very accommodating every need. He took care of me very professional manner and staff did too. I am now back to powerwalking and I will be back to Running soon thank you, Dr. John Taveau.
Dr. Taveau is conscientious, kind, and will absolutely work with you and for you to address your issue and fix it.
Dr. Taveau, Bryan, and his whole team are great! They care and treat people like humans. After 2 years of having an implant and no dr i was to his office and treated with nothing but kindness and the problem was solved and fixed. Most drs do not call after surgery to make sure someone is ok. The whole ofgice goes above and beyond where they should to get things accomplished. I could not be more pleased.
