Jon is amazing!!! We have used his services previously and were very impressed with the service and the workmanship. We had a power outage yesterday and he talked us through the problem over the phone and we were able to resolve the problem within minutes.. He has always been very generous with his time in explaining the problem and how to resolve it. He has always been available at short notice and we always appreciate his prompt response. Thank you :)
