I was skeptical on those great reviews at first before I contacted Jon. The moment I spoke with him yesterday I got to realize that this guy knows what he is doing. Patrick was the technician who helped resolved the starting issue in the parking lot. Jon is upfront on the charge before the job started. The whole process is smooth. I personally recommend Jon and will use his services if I need it later. Thank you Jon and Patrick for your kind help and service - we really appreciate it!

Really wanted to give this 5 stars. But had issues occur after work with Jon’s technician on my car ( I thought I booked Jon) . I have expressed my concerns with the issues I experienced and have been left with false promises to fix the problem. Appointment after appointment was booked via Jon & (me) never fulfilled.
