It has been 3 months since Jon replaced the door frame, the sliding glass door and screen door on my parent's house and 2.5 months since I informed him that things are broken and need to be fix, but he still has not done so. As a result, this is the first of a series of reviews with the chronology of my interaction with Jon and the work that he has done. My hope that these reviews will spur him to do the right thing and fix the problems.
