I'm updating my review, since, over the past 2 months, the quality of the food, and the service, has significantly improved. When calling in my order, my meal is ready in 10 minutes, and the sandwiches are cooked to perfection!

I just had the Gator for lunch. It was one of the best subs I've had in years! Thank you! Service was over the top. Food was even better. And thank you Baldy Eats for reminding me of how amazing this place is.

Great place. Had company lunch to pick up and the staff had everything ready and help load everything in car greatly appreciated

I had the worst experience this past Saturday 5/10/25 at 1:30 pm . I have been to this John Smith several times in the past. Always great service and good . I also collect loyalty points with their program. The lady about 50-60, gray hair and glasses was very pushy and lacked patience. I placed my order and I stated I have enough points for $5.00 off . Regret spending my money here. Place is covered in grease & dust and looks poorly cared for. Sub was underwhelming. Bread was very good. I ordered a turkey & ham sub and all I got was turkey…and only 2 slices at that. And a bag of chips (which had grease on it). The turkey tasted like generic prepackaged lunch meat. Not worth $12. I had already left and didn’t feel like going back for the order to be corrected/ a refund. Won’t be returning.
