I have worked with Jon SIngh Law for many years and the team is amazing! They recently helped me with a new subdivision property. They were very professional and detail oriented. Jon actually found an error on the the survey certificate and stopped a wrong stratification of the property. He helped with working with the city to rectify the issue. Overall it has been a great experience. Highly recommended !

Jon and Shum are a great team and professionals who helped us with closing for both sale and purchase of property. It’s better to go to a lawyer than a notary. The price is reasonable.
I have had very poor experience with this lawyer and if I could I would give him zero stars . Very unprofessional attitude and I was facing some delays with my mortgage and instead of him making sure that things will be done without any more problems he made things so hard for me. Will never deal with him ever.
