Jon was a wonderful realtor to work with as a first time home buyer. He was able to explain everything about the home buying process very well to a novice like myself. He did a fantastic job with contract negotiations and was a great representative for me. I would highly recommend Jon if you are looking for a realtor!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jon Simisky and the 8z team. My wife and I moved from Chicago to Boulder and are expecting our first baby. Needless to say, we were not only trying to find a home in a really tough buyers' market, but also trying to make a great decision (in a short amount of time) for our future family.
