I was hoping to get good customer service and support regarding my policies. I always had to call 3x to get in contact with any of the team members, yesterday I requested to suspend a policy, change my address and to remove a driver, I also asked to get a confirmation from ANYONE that my changes were made and NONE OF THEM replied to my email :) Is not about State Farm or the agent, it’s about the customer service.
