I can always reach a live person to discuss my insurance needs. The staff namely, Jessica and Diane, will review plans and policies and always get back to me. I own four vehicles and home and everything is insured by State Farm. It has been for years. I would highly recommend this office and they make sure that I have every discount possible on these policies.
