Jon was extremely difficult to work with and then ultimately left the job without finishing the work. I’ve followed up with Jon many times. He left the wood deck incomplete, while entire sections of tile were not done even after charging me for the materials. He wont even give me the material. He made working with other contractors on the job more difficult and required constant follow-up to see projects through. I paid him almost 40 thousand dollars for some backyard hardscapes. We are really impressed with Jon and his team and highly recommend him. They were able to create the, as he calls it, “wow factor” by demolishing an embarrassing and unsafe, dilapidated deck and pool and installing a wonderful paver patio and garden that we are thoroughly enjoying.
