This dr was so unprofessional today! I was unable to get a babysitter for my other kids and HAD to take them to the visit. They were ALL being well behaved and he had the audacity to come out of his office and tell me that he will not see my daughter because I had the other kids with me. Unbelievable!! PEOPLE HAVE KIDS AND CAN NOT ALWAYS GET A BABYSITTER!!!! I drove from Limestone NY to Jamestown NY just to be seen by him and that is how I'm treated!! Will NEVER go back!!!!! Dr. Vanderwheele has been my go to for all my kids he has put tubes in all of my kids ears and removed my daughters adenoids and upcoming with an appointment with my daughter for her tonsils to be removed he has been a great doctor to my kids and it is great to have a good ENT Locally especially when going elsewhere out of town is limited to many. He takes careful consideration and runs other necessary testing before determining if any further procedures are needed and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. My k... read more
