Top notch Doctor. I was having issues with my prostate, and Dr Nelson took great care of me, and now I’m good as new. Great nursing staff as well.
I called the Dr.Nelson's office today to schedule my visit and I was told that, they could get me in today at 10:50 AM and the appointment was confirmed. At 10:20AM I started to have severe abdominal pain and requested to cancel the appointment or to reschedule it. I was charged $40 for no show fee even when I requested to wave it off for the first time. Easy peasy cystoscopy. Dr. Nelson and staff were AWESOME!! Felt very comfortable and Dr. Nelson explained every step of the way. Highly recommend Urology Clinics of North Texas.
