I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with Jon Marcus homes. The owner of Jon Marcus Homes and his family rented my Bradford townhouse from 2016 to 2018. Not only did he omit that he had a large dog when he rented from me, but they allowed the dog to destroy my new hardwood floors, urinated on upper floor carpet damage my front door and my dishwasher, remove smoke detectors (I assume so they could smoke indoors) and leave me with months and months of unpaid water bills.
