Dr Winjum has been my primary care physician for many years. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to questions on MyChart and have early and late appointment times that help with my busy schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Winjum and the staff at this office.
We’ve really enjoyed being his patients! He hears me and my husband out about health concerns and is willing to send me out for further testing (especially when I had bad rib and back pain with pneumonia!) which I know can be a battle with some providers. At the same time he’s been very level headed in his care approach! Happy to be at this practice and under their care
My whole family were his patients years ago. He was very dismissive of concerns, often ones that later proved well founded. For example, concerns about my daughters speech were dismissed, but when I self-referred to early intervention it turned out she was in the 1st percentile; he didnt think the video of my infant's seizure needed follow up; when my son had a bad stomach bug and couldn't keep a thing down for a week, he insisted he didn't need to be seen.
