If I could, I give no stars at all. Wait time usually 1-2 hrs. Saw him for almost 3 yrs & he never solved my problem. Just threw meds at me. He's rude & ignores you when you're asking questions about your health. I'm over 40 & he never ordered any tests that you expect when you hit 40. His front office staff? GREAT! Nurses are just rude. He was great the first year but the last were awful. I didn't want to switch because decent docs here are few & far between. Have a great doctor now over at PMC
Easy in, easy out in Dr. Shrader office. Very friendly staff, and they're competent. He's personable and easygoing. I needed a prescription I've had previously, but which required an office visit.
Very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. When you do the ladies are extremely rude. Since they are really busy sometimes your appointments will be made a week or two out. When you make an appointment triple check or quadruple check to make sure when you're appointment is. The receptionist told me the wrong time and they billed me a hefty $50 no show fee. THEY DO NOT DO CALL REMINDERS. The doctors take forever to get your results to you.
I was very illittle. Dr Shrader zeroed in on the thyroid. Many appointments, no help. Ended up in ER. It was my heart.
