i had Daniel Gallant represent me in a civil case. the one star is due to significant delays, poor communication skills, errors in document drafts and court documents, conflicting messaging from him and his staff. I was not notified that documents were filed or correspondence sent on my behalf. when i gave him feedback regarding this, he became defensive and confrontational.
