Beware purchasing a used vehicle here. Bought a used F150 about a week ago. There’s a sticker on the windshield that says “certificate of inspection” for “brakes & tires”. Had to take the truck to their main service center 3 days later for bad rotors. While there they said the tires “ARE CHOPPED AND CUPPING”. They are refusing to address the tires. Had a great experience at Jon Hall when purchasing a newer vehicle for my daughter. Casey was wonderful to work with, communicated well and my daughter was thrilled with the car we came home with. I had no surprises when we showed up to sign the paperwork, everything was presented as discussed and we were in-and-out in about 30 minutes. One of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. I will be checking Jon Hall's inventory first when it comes time to pick out our next car!
Found the truck I’ve been looking for. 5.7 v8 Toyota with 34k miles at 11 years old. Knew if I didn’t act fast it would be gone. I dealt with Mike who handed the deal off to Chap and it was all so smooth. I’ve bought a few vehicles and this was the easiest it’s ever been. Put the deposit down to hold the truck and got there right at close (I’m 100 miles away) and the truck was gassed up ready and paperwork done. Was in and out in less than 30 min. With a trade in! I will definitely be sending people their way.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Jon Hall Used Vehicles, which I believe reflects a serious and unacceptable breakdown in basic business integrity. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. My salesman was Chappell, he went above and beyond picking us up at the airport and making sure we were satisfied. Car was just as he described. He was honest in every aspect of the deal. Definitely recommend using Chappell and this dealership.
