I had appointment for last week from two weeks prior When i stop by they doesn’t have the part. They say will call me back last Monday or Tuesday. Today is Saturday and i still waiting. Making appointment at other dealer.
Took my Silverado in for an engine oil change and tire rotation. As part of the service, the engine and cabin air filters were removed, shown to me and an offer extended to replace them both. I declined the offer since I can change them out for significantly less cost. When I got home I looked at the air cleaner housing to understand what was involved in changing the element, and noticed that one of the four cover attaching screws was missing. Advisor was friendly. Kept me informed. I had been told at another shop that brakes needed to be replaced. She advised that brakes were ok and didn’t need replacing.
