The only reason I even give 3 stars is because of Lori in the service department who is awesome!!! Lori is courteous and patient with customers when dealing with rude customers. They really need to hire help and step up before someone/company steals Lori away. I can’t speak to the retail side of the service department. The sales people did not push us to purchase our Blazer but the vehicle is exceptional and we are very happy with the purchase.

I purchased my car from this dealership, and the first time I brought it in for repairs everything went well. The second time was a very different experience. My service advisor was Audrey. I wanted to make sure that all the issues with the car would be checked and covered since the 30 day warranty was about to expire. I left the car on a Tuesday and told her it was fine if the car needed to stay a few days. I had appointment for last week from two weeks prior When i stop by they doesn’t have the part. They say will call me back last Monday or Tuesday. Today is Saturday and i still waiting. Making appointment at other dealer.

Took my Silverado in for an engine oil change and tire rotation. As part of the service, the engine and cabin air filters were removed, shown to me and an offer extended to replace them both. I declined the offer since I can change them out for significantly less cost. When I got home I looked at the air cleaner housing to understand what was involved in changing the element, and noticed that one of the four cover attaching screws was missing.
