I can’t say enough great things about Peter Isabella and the team at Jon Hall Body Shop. After being rear-ended in my Buick Encore while leaving work, a friend recommended I stop by Jon Hall Body Shop to get an estimate for my State Farm insurance claim. Because of my busy schedule, I popped in on a Saturday and met Peter Isabella. To my pleasant surprise, Peter informed me that Jon Hall Body Shop is a State Farm Select Service repair shop. I worked with the Asst Mgr Jeff Spence. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and care shown toward me. And he always returned my calls. That’s great service ! I highly recommend Jon Hall Collision.

Worked with Cullen who talked a good game about Geico adjuster and rental car. They had my 2022 GMC for 30 days! Was told numerous times parts were back ordered and rental car would be extended. Was told my truck was ready 6/20 two days after rental had expired but I was told it got extended by Cullen no need to call them. Dropped car off and was charged for 2 days for the rental 100 dollars. Asked Cullen for documentation for extension and was told it was verbal which was a bold face lie. I wouldnt recommend them. Ive been there twice and both times they took too long and didnt do my car right. I still have a dent from like 4 years ago in my rear bumper. They had my car for a month and never fixed it properly and it was my only car and i had to use it for work. I went back to give them another chance and they did some paint on my the drivers rear door, my side skirts and a detail. It turned out absolutely awful. (They tried to get me to pay them before i was even able to see the car.) I wouldnt recommend this... read more
