Jeff Spence was able to get me in right away and promptly assessed my car. He quickly came up with a game plan to get the repairs taken care of and kept me informed every step of the way. Jeff is an excellent communicator, always polite, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated how easy he made the entire process and would highly recommend him!

Bob Swartz words just don't convey the gratitude I feel towards you. You were my rock in a very stressful & emotional situation. EVERYTIME I CALLED OR EMAILED I got a response, an answer and he kept me grounded and talked me off the ledge several times during the time my car was there while dealing with the other parties insurance company. Had to get my Kia Telluride fixed after a freak accident of a tree falling on my brand new car, Bob got me in on a Saturday, handled my hysterics, and treated me with kindness and support. He kept me updated and always made sure i was getting the best care. Absolutely wonderful experience with him and his whole team.
I went to Bob Swartz to get my car repaired twice, and if anything happens to my car again I'll go back here for the third time because I had good experiences. Every time I called this shop everyone was helpful over the phone, and Bob was communicative and kept me informed of everything that was going on with all insurance issues.
