I love Dr. Haffner. His staff is friendly and answers my questions. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, except for an emergency, with which his staff was apologetic.Dr. Haffner listens and answers my questions where I can understand, even when I don't agree, he listens to me.

I am a new patient and Dr. Haffner is extremely poor about NOT getting my prescriptions refilled. My pharmacist has been working on trying to get two of my major prescriptions filled, that I have been out of, for over a week now! He seems to either not care or has a failed system.
Would not recommend Dr. Haffner. I can never schedule an appointment with his office. I call and have to leave messages and no return phone call. Staff is unfriendly. Once you transferred out of his office (for any reason) he will not accept you back into his office! Unacceptable!
Very knowledgeable. Takes time with patients and listens to concerns. Very confident in his ability to diagnose and treat. Everyone in the office is friendly, kind and patient-centered. I have referred my parents, children and friends to Dr. Haffner.
