Todd is a great surgeon and a better communicator. He answers all your questions and you never feel rushed!! Would recommend him to anyone with back issues.
He doesn't listen and interruped after me trying to get my words in about the symptoms I hv had for years. He was a total waste of my time as I waited for over 1.5 hours for him to come into the exam room. He had a patient in the next room from me which he talked to apprx 40 minutes, even asking where they were living now. Obviously not caring about other patients valuable time. I have read several not so good reviews. I was definitely a little nervous. I didn’t have any problems with him. He listened to how I feel and my symptoms. He was honest with me and took his time. I never felt rushed. I know he’s very intelligent and sometimes it’s best to just get to the point of what you need to say and let him take it from there. I’m sure in his 30 plus years of experience he’s probably dealt with just about everything. We’re supposed to trust our doctors. So that’s what I plan to do.
I WAS a never will have back surgery person. Well, I had to have back surgery. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fountain. 1. Explained everything so it could be understood.2. Made me feel at ease, that my surgery was common.3. Very punctual- literally not waiting in the office a hour after appointment time to see the Dr. barely sat down and called to the back. For instance- my appointment was for 2 pm. I did arrive 15 minutes early- I was seen and driving away at 2:13 and had x-rays.4. Took great care before and afte... read more

Dr Fountain really took his time to review my records, tests and past history. I felt his assessment and recommendations came with knowledge and honesty. He was so easy to talk to, and I would definitely use him if I pursue surgery in the future..
